A concentrated and seamless blend with silky tannin. This textured wine leans to the fuller side, but stays smooth and fresh with elegant balance. AVAILABLE JANUARY 2023

Malbec leads the way providing structure and black fruit. Bonarda builds on juicy fruit flavors and softens tannin, while Syrah lends savory spice character. Aglianico is considered one of the three greatest Italian varietals, known to produce refined, complex wines with firm tannin. Its richness and structure make it popular for blending. In contrast, Barbera is popular for producing fruity wines with low tannin and high acidity. The combination of these two Italian varietals creates a balanced blend with big personality. Dominant flavors of black cherry, pepper spice, blackberry and plum are enhanced with licorice, dried herbs, and a light mineral note. This is a wine to sit back, sip, and savor. AVAILABLE APRIL 2023 Sweetness: Dry Body: Full Oak: Heavy Alcohol: 14.0% #3278 LE22 Aglianico Barbera w/Skins, Italy 14L Wine Kit $184.99

2019 Poderi dal Nespoli 'Nespolino' Rosso Sangiovese - Merlot Rubicone IGT, Emilia-Romagna, Italy- $13.09/750ML-This pleasant wine has an intense ruby red color and thanks also to the aging process of the Merlot in barriques, it gives a soft feeling to the palate. The main fruit aromas are cherry and violet, typical of the Sangiovese, together with herbs and chocolate aromas from the Merlot. Dry and harmonious, it is an overall well-balanced wine.
Bonterra Organically Grown Equinox Red Blend 202 $16.29/750ML-Twice a year, the sun crosses the celestial equator, resulting in a day and night of equal length. These occurrences are referred to as "equinoxes," and the twin lengths of day and night when they occur are among the many ways nature demonstrates balance. At Bonterra, they strive for a similar natural balance in their organic vineyards and in their wines. Equinox Red celebrates this vision, offering supple notes of juicy red and black fruit matched with a patina of intriguing spice, herb, and oak tones.
Esk Valley 2017 Gimblet Gravles-Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc (Hawkes Bay)- $21.59/750ML-"This is classic Gimblett Gravels—with Merlot leading the way—at a bargain price. Notes of ripe blackberries, currents, warm earth, ground black pepper and dried savory herbs with some oaky tones can be found on both the nose and the palate. It's full bodied and generously fruited, wound with a dusty thread of earthy tannins and a herbal finish. Drink now, with a rare steak or throughout the next decade.
