A beautiful blend composed of the only three white wine grapes permitted to be grown in the Northern Rhone. It draws you in with inviting aromas of stone fruit, honeysuckle, and soft herbal notes. Aglianico is considered one of the three greatest Italian varietals, known to produce refined, complex wines with firm tannin. Its richness and structure make it popular for blending. In contrast, Barbera is popular for producing fruity wines with low tannin and high acidity. The combination of these two Italian varietals creates a balanced blend with big personality. 2019 Poderi dal Nespoli 'Nespolino' Rosso Sangiovese - Merlot Rubicone IGT, Emilia-Romagna, Italy- $13.09/750ML-This pleasant wine has an intense ruby red color and thanks also to the aging process of the Merlot in barriques, it gives a soft feeling to the palate. The main fruit aromas are cherry and violet, typical of the Sangiovese, together with herbs and chocolate aromas from the Merlot. Dry and harmonious, it is an overall well-balanced wine.

Eastern Kille Breakfast Rye $49.79/750ml- This whiskey starts as a rare straight rye actually made in Michigan and then is finished an additional 6 months in barrels previously used to age maple syrup. The maple barrel finish imparts a subtle sweetness to this otherwise spicy rye spirit.

Eastern Kille Bottled in Bond $50.49/750ml- This bottled in bond rye whiskey joins a rare club of rye whiskies ever to be bottled in bond. This whiskey was double pot distilled in 2016 and has been aging in new charred oak barrels ever since. Bottled at 100 proof this batch is a blend of just two barrels. A limited release available only in the Eastern Kille tasting room, when this batch is gone it will be several years until we release it again.

Drie Fonteinen Framboos Oogst 2019, $19.99/375ml

Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze, $10.89/375ml-A true Geuze. A blend of 1, 2, and 3 year-old lambic unfiltered and unpasteurized and aged in the bottle for at least 6 months after blending. Continued fermentation in the bottle give this Geuze its famous champagne-like spritziness. The lambic that goes into it is brewed only with 60% barley malt, 40% unmalted wheat, aged hops, and water, spontaneously fermented by wild yeasts, and matured in oak casks.

Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze, $21.69/750ml

Drie Fonteinen Oude Kriek, $18.49/375ml-3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. The kriek lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the kriek lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Oude Kriek. With a pleasant tartness and organic notes of almond and cinnamon as it warms in the glass, 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek, will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant red colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added. Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley!

Tilquin Groseille A Maquereau Vert, $39.29/750ml-The Oude Groseille à Maquereau Verte Tilquin à l'Ancienne is a spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the fermentation of frozen green gooseberries in young lambics, blended with 1, 2 and 3 years lambic to reach a final concentration of fruits of 260 grams per liter. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle. Ingredients: water, malt, wheat, hops, gooseberries.

Tilquin Gueuze, $14.19/375ml- The Oude Gueuze Tilquin à l'ancienne is a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambic refermented in bottle for at least 6 months. "Oude" in flemish or "à l'ancienne" in french is an appellation protected by the EU and is restricted for traditional belgian gueuze in bottle

Tilquin Oude Gewurzt, $36.89/750ml-Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Oude Gewurzt Tilquin à l'ancienne is made from the fermentation of 250 g of Gewurztraminer grapes by liter of lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle

Tilquin Stout Rullquin, $31.59/750ml-Beer of mixed fermentation, the Stout Rullquin is obtained from a blending of 7/8 of Rulles Brune (Stout de Gaume) and 1/8 of a blend of 1 year old lambics, which has matured for 8 months on oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented for 6 months in the bottle (or in the keg).
